I was speaking to LS last night about this but I guess our work is starting to cross-over into the retail world because BCI has decided to take one of my ideas and "professionally" do it. I obviously cannot say anything given the nature of what we do but it is a nice compliment.

The reason I know they are using what I did is because some time ago I was required to send them my set so I would not face a copyright infringement issue and have been in contact with them about the dvd world in general via my affiliation with he-man.org

But it did raise my eyebrows when I saw this in their most recent press-release about She-Ra

http://www.he-man.org/

"“I Have the Power” music video featurette with new storyboard comparison and new sheet music sing-a-long"

Now if you will pop in Disc 13 of the She-Ra set, the infamous ebay "BONUS IF YOU BUY IT NOW" disc you will see the exact same thing that took me 18 hours to hand create by scanning in the storyboards I bought from Filmation when they went out of business and using a rare copy of the video that was released and sold at the SDCC shortly after the company folded.

LOL...gonna go after 'em for stealing your idea? that would be some irony.

Nice to know that your work is quality enough that a studio would use it, congrats!

Maybe you should post a jpg of the said menu. Although I believe your story it kind of falls flat since you can't even see a picture of what the menu looks like.
